Our Story
We’ve been in your shoes! With over 15 years of combined experience on both the client and agency side, our team of experts come from various marketing backgrounds including brand management, product development, and strategic partnerships.
A common thread amongst our previous roles was the responsibility of ordering promotional merchandise. The more we ordered, the more we realized that not only were the product options ordinary and redundant, but the entire process was also timely, unreliable, and overly complex.
Born out of necessity, The Merch Doctor was founded in 2019 in an effort to satisfy the increasing need for highly customized promotional products, while streamlining the process along the way.
Since inception, the Merch Doctor has been working to improve the promotional merchandise industry by reimagining the client-vendor relationship. Our full-service approach allows for a smooth, simplified process from end-to-end.
